1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ConvertScan ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid users.
2. What ConvertScan Does
ConvertScan is an AI-powered tool that analyses landing pages for conversion issues. You submit a URL, and our system scrapes the page content and generates an audit report using AI. The report is for informational purposes only.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use ConvertScan only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit URLs to pages you do not own or have permission to analyse.
- Use the Service to scrape, copy, or reproduce our AI output at scale.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or circumvent our usage limits.
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
4. Free Usage Limits
Free users receive up to 5 audits. Usage is tracked via your browser's local storage. Attempting to bypass this limit (e.g. clearing storage repeatedly) is a violation of these terms and may result in access being restricted.
5. Paid Plans
Paid plans (5-audit pack and Unlimited) are available via Gumroad. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds unless the Service was materially unavailable at the time of purchase. Contact hello@myplaybookclub.com within 7 days of purchase for any refund requests.
6. AI-Generated Content
Audit reports are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. ConvertScan does not guarantee specific conversion improvements or business results from following the recommendations. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Always apply professional judgement before making changes to your pages.
7. Intellectual Property
The ConvertScan brand, audit framework, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our interface or methodology without written permission. The audit reports generated for you are yours to use for your own business purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ConvertScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate in all cases. Some pages may not be scrapable due to technical restrictions on the target website.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvertScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
10. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Pricing may change after the beta period ends. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
