1. Who We Are

ConvertScan is an AI-powered landing page audit tool. We help coaches, consultants, and course creators identify conversion issues on their landing pages. Our website is operated at convertscan.com. For any questions, contact us at hello@myplaybookclub.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use ConvertScan:

URL you submit — the landing page URL you paste for auditing.
Email address — when you provide it to receive your full audit report.
Usage data — number of audits run, stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not link this to your identity.
Payment data — if you purchase a plan, payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not store your card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

To generate your AI audit report and deliver it to your email.
To send occasional conversion tips and product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To improve the accuracy and quality of our audit framework.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ConvertScan:

Supabase — database storage for audit results and emails.
Resend — transactional email delivery (your audit report).
ConvertKit — email nurture sequences. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI model used to analyse your landing page content.
Jina AI — used to read and extract content from the URL you submit.
Gumroad — payment processing for paid plans.

Each service has its own privacy policy. When your URL is analysed, its content is sent to Anthropic's API. No personally identifiable information from your page is stored beyond what is needed to generate your report.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to track how many free audits you have used. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

6. Data Retention

Audit results are stored in our database to generate your report. Email addresses are retained for as long as you are subscribed to communications. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@myplaybookclub.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

8. Children's Privacy

ConvertScan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.
